What currency will I pay in?
All purchases will be paid in USD currency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal and Klarna.
What is Klarna and how does it work?

Will my personal information be kept private?
Absolutely! Your personal information & data will be kept confidential and private and only given out with your consent or unless Bradshaw's is legally required to disclose. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.
How will I know that my order has been received?
Shortly after placing your order you should receive an order confirmation email from Bradshaw’s. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 48 business hours of placing your order, please contact assistance@bradshaws.co.
I received my order confirmation email, how do I track my package?
After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with detailed information regarding your order as well as a link to track your purchase. In addition, your order can be tracked via the “Order Status” page as well.
How do I add insurance to my package?
At the time of checking out you can add Route Package Protection insurance to your package. Route not only allows you to add insurance to your package, they also allow for you to visually track your packages, anytime, anywhere. When can I expect my items to arrive?
Orders will typically arrive within 3 - 4 business days of being processed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, all orders will require an adult signature.
What shipping method do you use?
Domestics orders will be shipped by way of UPS and International orders will be shipped by way of DHL.
Does Bradshaw's ship internationally?
Abso-lutely! Outside of the U.S., we currently ship to the following countries: China, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Bahamas, BVI, Cayman Island, Sint Maarten, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, Turks and Caico, Belgium, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you will not be required to create a customer account to place an order. However, by creating an account, you can securely save payment methods, shipping addresses, shopping carts, and order history information, making for an expedited shopping experience.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password by clicking here and by selecting "forgot your password". You will receive an email to your registered email address on file to reset your password.

How do I know that my shoes are authentic?
We guarantee 100% authenticity of all inventory. We do not engage in partnerships with third-party vendors. Bradshaw's sources directly with and through the brands.
How do I care for my shoes?
Since each shoe is composed of different materials, we have decided to tailor the care for your specific purchase. Under the product description of each item there are suggested details and instructions on how to care for your items.
Will you have seasonal sales?
Yes, occasionally Bradshaw's will have seasonal sales. We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when the seasonal sales occur.
What if an item is out of stock?
True to the birth of boutiques, Bradshaw's carries finite quantities of each style. We will likely not restock any item that has sold out, however, you can contact us at assistance@bradshaws.co and we will do our best to locate a sold out item on your behalf.
